2 huge sprigs of basil, leaves carefully sliced (reserve some entire leaves for garnish if you like)
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoon additional virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
