  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water

Shaved Brussels Sprout Salad

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, cut and shaved thin ( about 5 cups shaved brussels sprouts amount to)
  • 1 little red onion, shaved thin
  • 1 medium apple, cored and shaved thin ( Honeycrisp is my preferred for salads)
  • handful fresh parsley or dill, sliced ( optional)
